Would my hospital practice allow a 28 hour 1st stage and 5 or 6 hour second 
stage? - yes!  I have great back-up docs who trust our judgement and admire 
our patience as midwives.
You must be pooped, but pleased.  Those kind of births drain me.  Rest well.
